ABOUT
What is Place2BU and who is it for?
Place2BU consists of four residential buildings with 490 self-contained one-room studios and a number of communal areas. About half of the studios are for young people aged 23 to 35. The other studios are for status holders and for people who have come from social care and are ready to live independently (again). Everyone in Place2BU lives independently. The people in the last two groups receive guidance.
Lots of space(s) to be together.
In the common areas in the corridors you can cook, eat, relax or study together with your neighbors. You naturally ensure that the rooms remain clean, tidy and therefore cozy. We also have a cozy shared living room in the center building where you can also speak to our social managers for answers to your questions or just for a nice conversation. You can also wash your clothes in this building, because Place2BU has its own launderette.

Be yourself and make friends
In Place2BU you can be who you are. You live here in a pleasant environment together with your neighbors, whom you get to know well and help when necessary. And of course they help you. So your neighbors can become your new friends.

Are you a pacesetter?
Each corridor has 18 to 30 studios and a common area. Two corridor residents are 'pacemakers', who make extra efforts to form a real residential community.

Help and participate
As a resident of Place2BU, you enjoy helping others, organizing activities, rolling up your sleeves and doing fun things together.
